Liability Waiver

Responsibility

Mate Global LLC, its owners, employees, shareholders, affiliated entities, agents, representatives, officers, directors, associates, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Mate") acts only as an intermediary for its suppliers and local partners. Mate assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any negligent or willful act or omission of any supplier, service provider, or any other person or entity. Suppliers' services are subject to their own terms and conditions, as well as the local laws and regulations of the relevant country.

Assumption of Risk

I have voluntarily applied to participate in a Mate program, trip, retreat, or event (collectively, "Experience"). I understand and acknowledge that participation involves numerous risks and dangers, both known and unknown, which include but are not limited to:

• Risks inherent in outdoor and group activities
• Negligence in any manner on the part of Mate or its suppliers
• Emotional trauma, disfigurement, or personal injury
• Temporary or permanent disability, including paralysis or death
• Acts of God, forces of nature, or weather conditions
• Hazards of travel in remote, unsafe, or politically unstable areas
• Civil disturbances, terrorism, or war
• Transportation failures or delays
• Illness, accident, or lack of access to medical facilities
• Equipment failures or defects
• Social or labor unrest
• Mechanical or construction failures
• Exposure to infectious diseases
• Local laws and cultural practices
• Any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of Mate's control

I assume full and complete responsibility for checking and complying with all passport, visa, vaccination, insurance, and entry requirements of each destination, as well as any safety or security advisories.

Release of Liability

As lawful consideration for the right to participate in a Mate Experience, I expressly agree to be responsible for my own welfare and voluntarily assume all of the above risks, including those not known to me, pertaining to this Experience and any future Mate activities.

I further release, discharge, and hold harmless forever Mate Global LLC, its owners, employees, shareholders, affiliated entities, agents, representatives, officers, directors, associates, volunteers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, or damages of any kind whatsoever that may arise out of or in connection with my participation in a Mate Experience.

This release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and it shall apply to me, my family, my heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify (defend, pay, or reimburse) Mate against any claim brought by any third party, including minors, arising in whole or in part from my participation in a Mate Experience or related activities.

Photographic & Media Release

I grant Mate Global LLC the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the Experience, for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. Upon express written request, Mate agrees to remove specific media in which I appear.

Knowing and Voluntary Execution

I confirm that I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all provisions of this Waiver and Release. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain valid and binding.

I acknowledge that Mate has relied upon this Agreement in determining the cost and availability of its Experiences. Without this release, such services could not be offered at the same price or under the same conditions.

Execution of an electronic signature or acceptance through online booking shall be deemed full acceptance of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
